Requirements include:
BSME or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in MEP design/consulting
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in public safety, educational, and commercial sectors
Familiarity with industry codes and standards
Proven client interaction skills in meetings or presentations
Professional Engineering Licensure in Oregon or Washington
LEED® Accreditation
Proficiency in Autodesk® REVIT
Experience with Trane® Trace 700
Knowledge of IES Energy Modeling software
Responsibilities:
HVAC system selection, engineering, and design
Preparing and reviewing HVAC drawings, sketches, analyses, specifications, and calculations
Demonstrating excellent communication skills
Overseeing HVAC support staff
Managing construction administration and site observations related to your projects
Providing exceptional service to team members and clients
