Accountant Full Time

What You’ll Do:

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
• Support tax preparation activities and assist with audits as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Peachtree) to maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
